I offer tele-health and in person (as schedule permits) services to residents of Oregon and Washington.
Individual Counseling
Individual Sessions 50 minutes- $200
Familial Counseling
Familial Sessions 50 minutes- $250
Whether you are a concerned parent, sibling or child, I offer a space to process challenging dynamics and patterns that disallow for closer connection within the family system
Friendship Counseling
Friendship Sessions 50 minutes- $250
Essentially couple's counseling for friends!
More and more people are recognizing that friendships can hold similar benefits and challenges that are found in navigating a romantic relationship. However, rarely is there a professional space provided to work out those challenges with our close friends. I offer a space that understands the fact that sometimes these closer friends are all we have and it's important to take care of and support them the same way we would as if they were romantic or familial.
Gender Affirming Care Letters
I am more than happy to provide a support letter for gender affirming care to queer and transgender folx.
These sessions are pay what you can with a full scale fee of $200.
Please take time to assess what level of payment feels sustainable for you.
Walk and Talk Sessions
As a clinician who believes in the healing power of nature, I offer to meet up with clients at a local park around the Portland area as my schedule allows. If you are interested in walk and talk session please be sure to mention it during our consultation.
50 minute session- $210
ADHD Assessment
I am in the process of becoming an ADHD-CCSP to provide thorough assessment and treatment options for an ADHD diagnosis.
Please note that I am not able to administer any medication based treatment, but will offer referrals based on your insurance.
Payment is due upon delivery of service.
For sliding scale, I ask that these spots be reserved for QTBIPOC folx who could really use the service, please inquire during your consultation.
No Surpises Act-Private and Group Practices such as Rooted Counseling LLC are required to present clients with a 'Good Faith Estimate' of services to outline potential out of pocket costs for self pay and uninsured clients. I comply with this new law by covering the costs of services, the estimated number of sessions and reviewing this information at intake, reassessment and at expiration of sliding scale service agreements. If at any time you have questions about the status of your financial account, please let me know and I will be happy to discuss it with you further.
Insurance
Currently I can accept Regence and OHP.
I am in the process to contract with Molina and PacificSource.
If you would like to use insurance I need your insurance information 48 hours ahead of time to check benefits. Please inform me if you have a primary and secondary insurance during our initial call.
For all other insurances, I can provide a superbill.
